										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yesterday evening I went to <a href="http://www.fpmt.dk/">Center for Visdom og Medfølelse</a> ( Center for Wisdom and Compassion ) in the central of Copenhagen to attend the weekly after work mindfulness meeting from 19.00 &#8211; 21.00. Essentially it is just a bunch of people from every direction in life sitting quietly together. Just being is a wonderful way to spend time with other people. Stephan Pende Wormland is the residential teacher and he is normally the person who conduct these sittings. Stephan started the evening with saying that if you only where to read one book on Buddhism it should be this one:</p>
